Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@skinsyard.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).



Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team for instructions.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first.
